By using https://audio.mawanta.com (the "website") or buying any product here, you agree to the following terms. This website is operated by YOUR BUSINESS LEGAL NAME ("Dhvanira", "we").

1. Product

We sell digital audio products (such as "Mind Affirmation & Bhajan Audio Collection"). No physical item is shipped. The content and number of tracks are described on the landing page.

2. Price and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR); the price shown at checkout applies.
  • Payments are made through Razorpay. An order is complete only after the payment succeeds and is verified by our server.

3. Licence — personal use only

After purchase you receive a non-transferable licence to listen to and download the audio for your own personal, non-commercial use. You will not:

  • share, resell, rent or distribute the files or your access link;
  • upload the audio to YouTube, social media, apps or any public platform;
  • play the audio in public / commercial places without written permission.

All audio, text and design are the copyright of Dhvanira or the respective rights holders. Access may be closed without refund in case of violation.

4. Access

Your personal access link is valid for 365 days and can be recovered with your Order ID + email; you can also log in to your account. For security, Listen/Download links expire within a few hours and there may be a download limit per order. We recommend downloading and keeping the files safe.

5. Health disclaimer

The audio collection is for general listening and spiritual / motivational experience. It is not a substitute for any medical or mental-health treatment or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Do not listen in a distracting way while driving or operating machinery.

6. Refund

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at YOUR CITY will have jurisdiction over disputes.
